House speaker Nancy Pelosi has been honored with a new rule in college football. The rule called the Pelosi Rule states that the first team that can score with more than eleven players on the field wins the game and does not have to kick off to the opposing team. But if either team is unable to score the team that whines the most will win. Former All American linebacker Iron Jaw Jones said if it comes down to whining the game could last 3 to 3-1/2 years.
