Earlier this week the FBI (Federal Bureau of investigations) updated the most America’s wanted list. What may have been a surprise to most, a sixteen year old has landed himself in spot number 1. Most wanted man in America. His name; Moses Santana who is wanted for multiple crimes, some of which are theft and arson.
