University of Tennessee athletic director Phil Fulmer has discovered incriminating evidence that University of Alabama head coach Nick Saban is a Russian Agent for senate candidate Tommy Tubberville. Fulmer received a tip from Mississippi Mafia kingpin "Lying" Lane Kiffin who said that he saw Saban painting a hammer and sickle on the team bus then driving illegal Russians to vote in multiple voting precincts on Super Tuesday. Saban is expected to be charged with defacing a bus and driving Russians without a Russian drivers license. Saban's attorney Rudy Ruffhouse said no charges of voter fraud will be filed since the Democrats do it all the time and don't want that can of worms opened up during cross examination. Auburn football coach Gus Malzahn came to Saban's defense and said "At least he didn't go to the cemetery looking for passengers, then he would be charged as a Democrat"
