Sources say that Staten Island resident Christopher Belford has tested positive for both Hepatitis B & C. He was admitted to Staten Island University Hospital on Seguine Ave. at 9:33AM on March 3rd. Doctors released him this morning at 11:37AM saying he doesn't pose a threat to society but is still contagious. If you see Christopher Belford around, keep away from him as far was possible. Although he doesn't pose a threat to society, he still poses a threat on your health.
