SAN ANTONIO, TX - On Tuesday afternoon a local teen was arrested for possession of a Sharpie™ outside the San Antonio Public Library. Title 14 of Texas Penal Cod prohibits minors from possessing permanent markers on public property unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, teacher, or other adult. The boys parent’s are not open to further comments.
