The 20-year-old son, Guzim Hoxha, has been posing as an American teen, living out of the suburbs of Nashville using the name John Swords for the past 8 years while evading foreign authorities.
Local authorities received clues about Guzim's location regarding leaked chats from the popular Chinese messaging app WeChat earlier this year. Messages indicating ties to the Albanian mafia and the former drug lord were found, prompting a further investigation.
