On Monday at around 2:45am a teenager was found smoking multiple joints behind a fence in the town of Cold Spring Harbor. He was seen leaving with four other teens in a black jeep. The security footage from Chase Bank caught the entire thing. The teens name is said to be Vincent Parziale, a resident of Cold Spring Harbor.
