York Region —Prosecutors have withdrawn all Trespassing, Under age consumption of alcohol, stunt driving, and more charges against local teen Matthew Zare accused of throwing a party at an abandon mansion, than evading local authorities, police said Friday.
An 18-year-old initially charged with many counts of misdemeanours all for the sake of hosting a “project x” style party. Many attendees were unaware of the nature the party was hosted on, ie, trespassing on private property.
At a court hearing Friday, the charges against the 18-year-old were dropped, due to the controversial fact that the judge dictated that the 18-year-old had a “nice smile” and was charming enough to convince her, that his actions were a “Lapse in judgement “ York police said in a statement.
