29yr old Edwina smyth, Clonmel Co.Tipperary, was arrested & charged for urinating in a public area and assaulting Garda Tony Power when he tried to give her an on the spot fine & leave her on her way. But miss Smyth started abusing guarda Power & spat at him , so garda Power then tried to arrest miss Smyth when she punched him into the face and kicked him.! Miss Smyth has been remanded & will appear in Clonmel court on Tuesday.!
