Last Thursday night around 9:00 pm Pierce county sheriff's deputies responded to a call at the parking lot of McDonald's in Blackshear GA. deputies say when they arrived on scene they saw a lifted dark red F-350 in desperate need of a new paint job parked beside the drive through. Video evidence shows Blackshear resident Joe Bell in the driver's seat with multiple cats in the cab of the truck and a strong stench of cat piss around the vehicle. FO the past 3 weeks their have been multiple cats gone missing around the area. Mr bell was then arrested and is awaiting a court date. The charges are listed as 5 counts animal abuse and 6 counts of theft by taking.
