Columbus police reports say a lady was canoeing in her boat until she rowed up on a teenage girl floating. The lady said she didn't know exactly what to do at the point of time but scream. She then called 911 and they came on their way. People were able to figure out who she was. Friends said her name was Darria Dixon. Come to find out, there was never a girl floating down Ohio River .???????????????? .
