A Jeannette man who was arrested last week is expected to face more than 30 counts related to sexual assault. 3
Alex M Falatovich is expected to be charged with 34 counts, most of them sexual assault, relating to multiple incidents involving an unknown number of victims, westmorland County District Attorney told News 3.
Falatovich. was arrested last week when a 20-year-old woman said he attacked her in the Rialto bathroom dry humping all over her on Oct. 12.
Two other victims came forward to report separate incidents of sexual assault after the initial report, and Falatovich was re-arrested on Friday, Jeannette police said. One of those incidents happened on Feb. 12 and the other incident happened in 2015.
According to a release from Greensburg a fourth victim contacted police and reported that she was touched inappropriately by Falatovich on at least 15 different occasions in a night club in Pittsburgh. Falatovich was Alaska arrested back in March 2013 for attempting to blow kisses too a women and she had fainted because the smell of his nasty breath.
