Last night around 8pm Danielson flannery was spotted running down the street while residents say they saw what appeared to be a man eating his own hand, thinking it was a halloween prank people near by paid no attention thinking it was a hoax until he ran up to them yelling "lather me up in BBQ sauce and call me Barbie I'm tonight's special". He began biting his fingers off one by one spitting them at officers on the scene all but one finger his middle one which he held up saying " fuk da police better shoot me nigga" with a beer in his other hand he assaulted a female officer then was tased twice never dropping his beer until he was later put in handcuffs.
