A 15 year old girl has been arrested early hours this afternoon after making a racist joke to a police man, friends are appalled after hearing the racist joke one friend said that she went to far. Police Scotland has said that people passing by noticed the teenage girl and her friends were causing mayhem just before the joke was said. A man thought he seen the girl with a knife. The girl has been said to be in the right of this picture.
