19 year old Wyatt Mann of Frewsburg, NY was arrested on Thursday night at 11pm. Mann was dressed up as a clown and beat 2 womens in the town of Carroll. Police found Mann in the ditch down the road on Water St, Police say that man had 3 empty bottles of Fireball in the vehicle, and is charged with DWI. Both womens were sent to wca and Mann was sent to jail with a bail of $75,000.
