Thee has been an incident where a teenager has been walking home from being out , she has been walking Down past the lady Octavia when she heard laughing noises coming from behind the building but when she turned the first time there was nothing to be seen she heard the noise again but when she turned this time she seen someone dressed up as a killer clown the clown started to run towards her but she got away
( the teen was able to get a blurry picture of the clown as she was running )
Please make sure ur kids aren't walking down near that way on there own until the police gets this clown thing sorted
