Early Friday morning, a teen by the name of Josh Kelly otherwise known as "Big Josh" has been arrested on suspicion of armed robbery in Spar, Kilcohan, late Thursday evening.
The suspect approached the cashier with a Bob Marley blowtorch lighter and threatened to burn the premises to the ground. An estimated €850 worth of Amber Leaf and smoking apparatus was stolen.
The suspect was seen escaping on a '98 jet black scooter moped.The suspect was reported wearing a green "parka" and navy "flux". The word "Keljo" was etched into the windscreen on the bike.
A fake "White skull" banger and 2-skinner joint was found outside the store with the initials "J.K." written on written on the joint.
Anyone with information involving the incident have been asked to contact the Gardaí.
