On the 31st of October at around 9pm a group of six yobs where caught on cctv vandalising parts of Herne bay and setting off fireworks on private property. One of the group members has been named as Shane horsfall Wich the police found out yesterday. The police are still on the hunt for this boy and may receive a serious fine if he is caught. The police also stated that he could receive community service aswell as then fine fixing parts of the town that he destroyed.
