Jose Saenz of Laredo, Texas, is a social worker at Child Protective Services. He was arrested for punching a client in the throat because the client called him a racial slur. No report as to what Saenz was called, but it was offensive. Saenz has been released since the incident and client remains behind bars for harassment.
