Heather Dombrosky was in total shock Thursday afternoon when she learned of 2 local men being apprehended naked on a 3 wheeler by police. Dombrosky was quoted as saying "No freaking way lol" in a reply to a Facebook post made by Greg Kutchman. Although she failed to use any punctuation in her quote, we can safely assume the was an element of surprise or astonishment, which would normally call for an exclamation point at the end her statement, along with the obviously implied disbelief.
