A young man believed to be known as a 'Luke Seaby' has been seen in the Letham area of Perth acting suspiciously following a string of 999 calls reporting attempted house breakings. Police Scotland have been looking into the matter but no arrests have yet been made. Further reports were made of a man lurking in back gardens and removing clothing of washing lines then making off into a nearby park. Witnesses have said that they feel uneasy in the area at the moment with one woman saying " it's getting beyond a joke now" and a man adding " we've had to get news locks on the shed and garage just to be safe".
