Women who became pregnant during Hurricane Harvey in the disaster areas of Texas now face fines for screwing around during a natural disaster instead of helping their community. It seems Hurricane Harvey babies are more rampid than one would expect with an approximately 76 percent pregnancy rise during the natural disaster and applying for government aid, according to government benefit specialist Rick Deaton.
"My husband was helping with rescues and we just had a few minutes alone," said Katy resident Winona Langford. "I promise we were doing what we could."
