A Prince Albert man who has been seen running up to random people exposing himself. However, due to the colder weather or just bad luck, no one has really seen anything. One witness said “he just walked up to me, opened his coat and stared at me with this goofy little smile, I actually felt bad for him because all I could see was like a little stub. I gave him a nickel, he giggled and ran away”. Authorities say he doesn’t appear to be dangerous, so there’s no risk to public safety. In fact witnesses have started a gofundme page with hopes of raising enough money for a prosthesis. So far the page is at -37 dollars. He is described as a nicely dressed Elmer Fudd.
