Two Scottish Artists - 'Aleex Sonatay' & 'Deanoo Chamlers' have been left out of pocket and with bruised egos after it emerged they had breached copyright laws within their latest release "Into The Sun".
The claims initially came to light after their track debuted on 'Armout Our Faces' live podcast show "A State Of Trifles".
Viewers were quick to lay claims that the track had been a direct copyright infringement of "Xela Atanos & Nead Sermlahc's" smash hit record "Out Of The Moon".
The scottish duo who have been making massive waves in the Trance scene recently, have now sparked an internal investigation within their record label "Armbanda"
Within the investigation, expert sound engineers were able to take "their" track "Into The Sun" and alter it with supersonic technology which immediately provided evidence that the track was indeed a fraudulent release.
This involved slowing "Out Of The Moon" down in tempo and reversing the audio.
Artists within the international trance scene have called their actions "unforgivable", "wreckless" & "a total travesty to trance".
Sonatay & Chamlers were ordered by a really super-duper high up court to pay a total of £25,000 each totalling a whopping £50,000. This was immediately handed over to "Xela Atanos & Nead Sermlahc" in compensation.
Reports suggested within court that Mr Chamlers could be heard shouting "Nae bother big shags" firing monopoly money from a cash cannon to Judge Rinderrrr, who was completely unimpressed.
Sonatay on the other hand seemed to be agitated and was further warned for etching images of soundwaves upon the surface of the stand. These soundwaves were also matched for copyright.
In an interview after the court case both men responded in a casual fashion (finishing each other's sentences) "We will come back from this. We will just have to build a bridge and get over it, a giant f***** trancy one".
