Akira, 18, Has been wanted by the NPA due to the robbery that occured during the summertime. Akira Allegedly went up to the boy and with a single look his eyes shot through the 16 year old boy Moses Sudibyo’s heart. The NPA are still trying to find the suspect, yet witnesses say that his heart will return during summer of 2019.
