It was about eleven o'clock (11:00pm) Aug . 29th 2018 when neighbors in the school 13 apartments heard what they called a "BOOM" sound and then look out the window and seen a guy holding a gun walking away from the guy lying down that he had shot however witness did not want too get their name involved so she ask that we don't put it in the statement we have one suspect in custody at the moment and investigators is still investigating.
