According Ap. A business owner goes by the name Keith Mayo of Caprice Classic Cuisine’s. Has been arrested today under conspiracy for not one but three homocides this afternoon. Surveillance footage shows that the CEO were riding in a red car a Chevy brand car pulled up and shot several shots at a crowd of individuals at a local liquor store over at Southern ave in Southeast Washington, D.C. this afternoon approximately around 12:33pm. Witnesses say that they saw a red car speeding in rage in the liquor store parking lot. Several shots were fired at a crowd killing 2 off duty officers and a woman. Names of the victims were not disclosed as police are still investigating the crime scene. A witness that goes by the name James Looney saw Mr. Mayo fled the scene walking to his car beating his head on the steering wheel honking the horn of the red car loudly several times. Then he sped off the scene knocking down a fire hydrant and a old phone booth station near the crime scene. If you have any information on seeing this suspect. To please contact 911 immediately. Do not approach Keith Mayo he is considered armed and very dangerous. If you have any information to please contact (202)83CRIME. There is a $50,000 reward for the witness or person who give a lead to his arrest.
