At a party in Jeff Park, an African American man came onto a minor girl while both were intoxicated. This man, Jacob Perry ‘22 at SPHS, knew this girl had a boyfriend who didn’t attend the and party and yet still proceeded to sexually assault her all while she repeated “No!” and “I have a boyfriend!”. The girl’s family has yet to take legal action but will do so soon. The boy, if prosecuted, will face up to 14 years in prison for sexual assault on a minor.
