Local Branchburg teen is caught exposing himself at town park. Seen by numerous residents and park goers, this gutsy teen dropped is trousers at this public location, and is now up for persecution. Local police have found this image, and have identified the boy to be Andrew Zhang of 14 Walnut Drive. Our community must come together to stop disgusting public acts of terrorism such as this, and eradicating this behavior is a must
