Local authorities requested to keep the scene private, as they investigated after two teenagers attempted to kidnap a pitbull dog at the Animal Humane Society in Woodbury. They are on the search list.
The two teenagers go by “Sarah Masood” and “Mehreen Khan”. They are both reportedly locals of the area. Cops were involved after they escaped the shelter as well, concluding a ban from that shelter.
Society employees on the scene said, the two females were walking around the dog area for quite a suspicious time, and the taller friend even went inside a cage to grab the dog but he luckily escaped and brought this whole scene to attention. According to the employers and security footage, they had escaped before even being questioned. They are also of a middle eastern background (?).
