MANILA, PHILIPPINES - Louis Vigier who goes by the name “Poopman” has been spotted defacating in numerous places around Manila. He was caught last Monday at around 6:00pm PST, he was caught doing his so called “act” outside the renowned New Bilibid Prison and was very quickly tackled by police.
The teen will be serving 1 month house arrest and a year of community service.
