Vestal resident, Vincent Stavola, was charged with Rape in the fist degree, after it was alleged he kidnapped a local tow truck driver and subjected him to unspeakable sex acts. It was alleged that Stavola pretended he had a flat tire and called a local tow service for help. When the tow truck driver arrived, Stavola, kidnapped the male driver and had his way with him. Local tow truck drivers were refusing to go on calls without Police assistance until they learned an arrest had been made. Authorities are hoping that more victims will come forward.
