Suspect Huw Grainger caught stealing a pack of PG tips in tea isle in tesco this afternoon. Employees took the young boy to one side and called the paps. Officer Steven.L asked him some questions, the boy refused to answer any futher questions so the officer hat to press charges by slapping him in the chops.
