Salida resident Justan Johnson, was arrested Thursday afternoon for serial whoopings. Hes been wanted by police for 3 months. Police said his motive for spanking children were "because those niggas are disrespectful ass wipes, and gone learn today." The NAACP has posted bail citing Justan as a hero in the central valley. There has been mock spankings already popping up in the modesto area. Kids are warned to wear heavy clothing and be respectful.
