October 23rd, around 9:30pm, on the 4800 block of South Loomis Blvd, a 4 door red vehicle was seen circling the block multiple time. A witness who was outside was able to get his license plate, but the driver noticed what the witness was doing so he opened fire, shooting the witness once in the arm and wounding two others. Authorities have found social media pages that link to the name under the license plate which is Jimmy Joel Reyes. Any leads on the suspect will reslut in a 10,000 dollar reward.
