In a move that has outraged the International community, the Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. Justin Trudeau, has implemented a controversial measure to cap the flowing tide of immigrants into Canada. It is believed that Canada and its infrastructure 'cannot cope with the current high number of immigrants entering the country'. Among other countries, all current Irish Working Holiday Visas will cease on January 31st, 2017 and there will be a temporary suspension of Permanent Residency (PR) applications until further notice. The Canadian parliament is set to debate this enactment on December 6th.
