Neath local Peter Couch was exploited over social media after being caught under a bridge near the canal in between Morrison's and b&m Stores. Peter must have assumed he was hidden, however the onlookers of this savage offence were disgusted when people laughed as he gazed back with a brutal look. It is apparent that Peter has been mating with these dogs for money purposes as there is a huge market for this breed of dog.
Peter has been seen over social media over the past year selling dogs so we can only imagine how long this outrageous act has been going on for.
Peter pleaded guilty for the offence at the Magistrates court on the 22nd and was told he had to pay back the 50 thousand pound he has earned over the last year selling these dogs.
It is evident this man has mental issues so if seen on the streets, please make yourselves scarce as he is more than likely to abuse you also.
