CKE Restaurants, owners of Carl's Junior, who purchased Casa Bonita from Oklahoma-based founder Bill Waugh has just announced it's intention to open a new Case Bonita location in the unique city of Grand Junction, Colorado. Grand Junction Economic Partnership spokesperson Linda Every says "this is going to be the best thing to happen to Grand Junction since uranium!." The restaurant is slated for construction on the corner of 28 Road and North Avenue as part of a measure to improve North Avenue and attract more business.
