Scientists discover Earth's Second Moon

Scientists in Cheyenne, Wyoming have discovered a second smaller moon directly behind our first moon. The second moon orbits in a perfect geostationary orbit that keeps it eclipsed from our view at all times.
"It's almost the same size as our current moon, " said Chief Scientist Peter Peterson, "but it has a slightly smaller diameter, so we never get to see it."
The moon was discovered when original footage of the Apollo space landings was re-examined and one of the photos showed a bright crescent along the dark horizon.
A new mission is being planned to send astronauts to investigate as early as mid 2019, with Buzz Aldrin rumoured to be training already.
"At 88, and having conquered what we all believed to be Earth' s only moon, I have long been retired from the Space Race. But there's a whole lot of life left in me yet and I'm determined to conquer every moon that Earth has, and I'll do it in this lifetime."
Witnesses reported that Buzz wrecked a TV repair shop in Montana in a fit of rage when he first heard the news that a second moon had been found. Later, in a calmer state, he apologised for his anger and vowed to return to space with NASA.
There are wild speculations as to what the new moon looks like, and what colour it could be. Betting shops have already started taking money on what name it may be called, the current favourite is "Backmoon", with wild outsiders like "The Ethereal Lord of Chaos" at 4000 to 1.
Scientists are currently arguing with each other about the possibility of spreading the orbit of the moons so that we get to see both in the sky at all times. Some warn that the effects on tides and wildlife could be too dangerous to fathom.
NASA refuses to reveal any further details at this point in time. The day after the discovery, NASAs budget almost quadrupled in a rush bill hurried thorough the Senate.
