In a rare move, President Trump used the Presidential Executive Order to have the Federal Bureau of Prisons purchase his Mara Lago resort for $38 Billion dollars. The government plans to use Mara Lago to house non-violent politicians who were convicted of crimes while serving in the White House. When asked to comment, President Trump said "This is part of the Prison Reform Bill that we've been working on. It's very sad when someone goes to prison for five or six years (because of a rat, even though there was no collusion) and comes out only to learn his golf handicap has gone from 3 to 11 or more. I believe that's one of the reasons that so many of our prisoners go back to crime after their release."
