Teenager Ryan Noche has been convicted of possession of marijuana as a minor he will be sent to court Semptember 5th due to COVID-19 concerns. Family states they had no idea Noche’s operation of marijuana and that he would sneak out during the day to check on his resources. Noche had rented a green house to preserve his marijuana local buyers have said that the operation had been going as early as spring of 2018. Noche will more likely be sent to juvenile center but he turns 18 in November which would make him and adult and a whole different story.
