The NCA (National Console Association) has passed a new rule stating that you may only play for 5 hours per day if you are not good at the games you are playing. Players may report you in Call of Duty: Warzone for not having a positive KD and you will only have 5 hours per day until you get better. This is so we don't have to play with the doo doo stink stank aboogaloo silly tilly crackheads who has the attention span of a wooden plank and have the reaction time of a 80 year old meth dealer who doesn't respond to you for 28 years.
