Last night at approximately 8:58 PM, Local Resident Chris Carter was fined $858 by the City for causing an up stir at a local political rally, at a local Family Restaurant / Bar on the 900 block of N. Saginaw Blvd. The Report Stated that Mr. Carter was purposely "releasing gas," in attempt to sabotage the event. Mr. Carter declined to comment, but bystanders say that they saw a large brown stain on his pants, and thought that he may have gotten sick.
