In a bid to actually try to get something accomplished and to place blame on someone asides from themselves for the towns downfall the aging members of Keokuks city council have decided to retire their posts citing irreputable differences.
Mike O'Conner was quoted to saying "I really dont know why we even meet for council, its not like we are getting anything accomplished, I gave up caring about this town decades ago I'm just here for the title"
