After many years of making the playoffs and having good deep runs, they never managed to make it to the State Championship since the BlueCross Bowl era. They finally win the State Championship over an opponent they have never faced in school history. Congratulations to the Camden Lions for their win over Alcoa Tornadoes who have won multiple state championships.
