Heidi Beaton of Barming Maidstone has been charged with neglect on a good hard working hoover.
When questioned her response was well i just don't think about things like that, it keeps my house clean i don't see it as neglect!
The call came from neighbours who heard the screaming and could here Beaton just shouting at it to just STFU and hoover and then heard loads of banging noises,
at first they thought she was shouting at her partner Johhny like on previous occasions but they say this time it was different and said something had to be done.
Police say the cord on the hoover was all tangled up and that she could have been Dyson with death.
She has been bailed to appear at the Johnny court of household appliances and could be facing a 12 month use of only a dustpan and brush order.
