Riley Graff, 21, originally from Indian Head, MD is on the run from Ellisville PD for public indecency. Graff was last seen walking down Spur Line Rd with nothing covering his body but a cape tied around his neck that read "I'm Dirty Dan" with an image of two men, one man straddling the other's lap. Authority officials say that Graff may be under the influence of alcohol. This assumption being made by Graff's only statement "That Crown (Royal) Vanilla, man, whew.."
