The attack of a greenfield, indiana man has been confirmed by the indiana dnr. Dnr has been on the scene since yesterday and has said the wild pig that was killed was a female and has had a litter of piglets. A search of the area around Philadelphia, indiana has turned u a large number of wild pigs. The man that was injuried by the attack is resting at home with severe lacerations to his legs but is excepted to survive. The man lives in the spring lake area. Dnr is asking people who see pigs to connect dnr with info. Land owners are ask to shot the pigs and notified dnr. This has been excepted since pigs are in sounthern indiana it was a matter of time will they would make it in central indiana. Dnr spokesman said Illinois , Michigan,Kentucky, Ohio have wild pigs so we where ready for them. A meeting is scheduled next week to discuss the problem. Updates will be posted later
