It's been reported the NFL is forcing the hand of the Oakland Raiders franchise to produce 80 billion in revenue within 10 years upon they're relocation to Las Vegas NV, as well as boosting attendance numbers by 80 . These 2 major concerns by the NFL would led to a dissolution of the franchise as a whole if said issues were not to be met. The Oakland Raiders who have been around since it's hummble beginning's in the 1960 AFL era have shown poor numbers since they're last superbowl appearance in 2003 when they lost to the Tampa bay Buccaneers 48-21.
