The man is said to be around 6'1" and is Caucasian and maybe Hispanic. He is wearing plad pajama pants and a hoddie. He may have a blue backpack on. The official word from the authorities is to say inside or evacuate until we get further notice. He was seen around 5:00 today and has not been found.
